The basic technological operation of the given shop is formation of a charge after an exit of electrode plates from the climatic chamber.
    Formation is carried out in special forming reservoirs under strictly certain program. The control over process of formation is carried out with the help of a special personal computer.
    Electrode plates are carefully washed from the rests of electrolit after performance of the program of formation, dried up and divided on single electrodes.

    The storage batteries collected from unformed electrode plates are charged in this shop.
    First strictly certain portion of electrolit is filled in the accumulator battery , technological fuses are established, and batteries automatically are delivered on special forming conveyors. Here they incorporate in the certain groups and are connected to current converters.
    Accumulator batteries pass a cycle of formation under the special program set and controllable by a special personal computer.
    After that the level of electrolit is corrected in storage batteries by special installation, pressurizing fuses is twisted, the rests of electrolit are washed off and the batteries are delivered on the conveyor on installation of the control by a high current. On this plant, quality of formation and serviceability of batteries on specially given parameters is checked.
    After marking batteries are delivered on packing.
