The basic process equipment of foundry shop is the gravitational foundry automatic devices intended for manufacturing of shunts of storage batteries.
For ease seeming at first sight from which on a reception table of the foundry automatic device there are one by one shunts, there is a laborious work of designers, technologists, servicemen of the equipment. Power characteristics of the battery and term of its service depend on quality of manufacturing of a shunt in many respects.
Therefore in the "know-how" of shunts severe optimization of all parameters of manufacture - from a design of the foundry form, a choice of a material of an alloy and up to temperature parameters of process - is necessary.
